Who would dispute the idea of listening to actionable feedback is the only way forward?

There are guaranteed mutual benefits of this exercise. Being common sense or market research, but one thing is sure that feedback and opportunities to use that feedback helps to improve and enhance decision making at respective levels. At Affinite, we feel that this is the only way to build up and maintain healthy and genuine communication with our client. Here are our five strong beliefs about importance of feedbacks

1. Whether we like it or not Feedback is always there. It’s impossible not to have feedback from clients. It’s about us being appreciative of hearing better side of our valuable clients or stakeholders.

2. Smaller feed backs save bigger embarrassments. It’s rude to provide negative feedback on face; thus, a place where the client can write back without sacrificing confidentiality is most sought-after solution.

3. We get motivated by Feedback. The one who provides feedback is a true partner.

4. Feedback is not criticism. In fact, it’s a way forward to seek and achieve mutual improvement and increase efficiency.

5. Feedback is a tool that allows us to remain aligned to our vision, mission and philosophy in order to achieve goals.
